If you would like to talk to me before you book, I am very happy to arrange video call, or call over the phone.
I send you my Couples Questionnaire and Wedding Details form. After you complete these I can begin creating the first draft of your ceremony.
Your vows are so personal and unique to each couple, but with a little guidance from me, you will write them and then send them to me safe keeping until the wedding.
I arrive 1 hour prior to the ceremony to greet your partner and guests. It’s also a great time to liaise with your other vendors to ensure we are all on cue.
You say ‘I do’, and I present you with your commemorative certificate, we have a small toast and I leave you to enjoy the rest of the festivities.
You have decided I'm the right celebrant for you. The booking fee secure's your date and you’ll receive a personalised portal login where all your ceremony and booking documents live.
I deliver the first draft of your wedding ceremony, this will be finalised a few months before the wedding to include any last thoughts or plans, but it's very prudent to have the first draft in place early in the planning process if possible.
A few months before your ceremony we finalise the wedding ceremony plans, writings, order and vows.
The final balance of your service is paid and we are ready to embark on your wedding day.
Either in person the day before or the morning of the wedding, or, on a video call depending on your service preference, you and your wedding ceremony participants will run through the ceremony as a "rehearsal".
This rehearsal helps you to feel cool, calm and collected and feel confident during the ceremony.
